The scheme has been designed by award winning architects Simpson Haugh with GVA HOW acting as planning consultants.
The development is located in New Cross, Manchester City Centre and comprises of a residential building (Use Class C3), including amenity space for residents and serviced apartments (Use Class C1), ground floor retail units (Use Classes A1, A2, or A3), new public realm and landscaping, car parking and related highway, access, servicing, engineering and associated works.
