Please provide as much information as possible in the ‘issue in detail’ box and upload any photos or videos that you feel will help illustrate the problem. The more information we have, the quicker we can resolve the problem for you.

We will confirm with you via email during office hours once we have scheduled the relevant contractor. The ‘Service Level Agreement’ guide below shows estimated repair times.
