Britannia Group steam ahead at Daisy Bank Park

Britannia Group are pleased to share our progress so far at Daisy Bank Park.

The development comprises of a new build apartment block with 23 one bedroom apartments – six of which will be affordable – and 14 two bedroom apartments with private ground floor gardens, and parking and shared gardens to the rear.

To the south of the site there are 15 three bedroom and 15 four bedroom family townhouses; 2 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments and 1 six bedroom house.

This is a total of 72 homes - our largest housing project to date.

Groundworks commenced in December 2023 with a full start on site thereafter in February 2024. Phased project completion is forecast between June 2025 and March 2026.

Nick Carter, Britannia Group’s Development Director said “Daisy Bank Park is currently 50% pre-sold and working within a week of its program, this is testament to a fantastic Design Team headed up by architect Ollier Smurthwaite and the amazing performance of our contractor Short Construction.

We’re hoping for a mild Winter to ensure progress remains on track, and look forward to opening our show home in the Spring of 2025.”
